Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- Shipping takes 2 – 3 days.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
- We currently ship within South Africa only.
Returns & Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges are accepted on cannabis or consumable products due to health and safety regulations.
- Returns are only accepted on accessories that arrive damaged or defective.
- To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof of damage (e.g. photos).
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on approved returns.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds
- If your return is approved, you will receive either a replacement item or store credit.
- Refunds are not available unless required by law.
